First day of school was a success. I didn’t cry… almost but I held it in. You know what is the worst though!? When you are trying to stay strong and someone asks you how you are doing…. yea that is like an invitation to open the flood gates right!? However I knew that if Haylee saw me crying that would be no good. I think she was a bit scared at the last minute. She has never gone some where without us where she didn’t know who the people were or had friends there. She kept looking back while walking into the school and giving us an ‘this is okay right?’ look
Hayden didn’t handle leaving his sister there well though. He didn’t want to leave her and he kept asking if we were going to go get her yet. Today I brought him with me to pick her up *yesterday he was napping*.
I will be honest though. This whole dropping off and picking up from school really messes up your schedule huh! I know get used to it Kelsey but seriously this is going to take a bit of adjusting. Hayden starts preschool twice a week next week and he has to be there at 830am… what was I thinking?

She is such a cutie! In no time at all she’ll be waving good-bye and not looking back…I hated the first time Alex did that! It does mess with the schedule, too! I agree!!!
She is beautiful! Hope everything went well for her.
